DNA extraction, detection of target genes.
Objectives
• To isolate DNA from bentonite samples from Černý vrch locality
• To quantify the DNA yield and quality
• To detect target genes using qPCR method

The Candidate
Exchange opportunity for PhD or Professional.
The candidate needs to have a background in molecular biology.
Practical modalities
Accommodation will be offered at dormitories (Master student) or at UNIhotel (others) and is of about 15 min walk distance, meals – student/employee canteen.
